The Taekwondo Arnis Academy studies a mix of WTF (World Taekwondo Federation) and ITF (International Taekwondo Federation) forms. Form requirements for each level are found here. The majority of the forms students under black belt learn are the Tae Geuk series (WTF). Each Tae Geuk form corresponds to a symbol the kata maps out. Thus, each form has its own unique meaning. Students are required to know the symbol and meaning of each form as well as how many movements are in each form.
