Left foot back to ease stance 0 left downward hammer fist strike

RIGHT 180 degrees (pivot on left foot)
Right forward stance - right low block
Right foot back to ease stance - right downward hammer fist strike

STEP LEFT FOOT TO FRONT (right foot fixed)
Left forward stance - left cross block - right cross block
Right front snap kick to right forward stance - right back fist face front strike - left cross block
Left front snap kick to left forward stance - left back fist face front strike - right cross block
Right forward stance - right back fist face front strike

LEFT 270 degrees (pivot on right foot)
Right back stance - left knifehand outward block (right fist on hip)
Right forward stance - right elbow strike

RIGHT 180 degrees (pivot on left foot)
Left back stance - right knifehand outward block (left fist on hip)
Left forward stance - left elbow strike

LEFT 90 degrees (pivot on right foot)
Left foward stance - left low block - right cross block
Right front snap kick to right forward stance - right low block - left cross block

Left forward stance - left high block
